5'9 bellyfish

my 6' belly has proven to be one of my favorite boards ever. thought i'd try it a little shorter. polished deck, wetsand bottom, 3 tone color.

bellyfish laminated

laminated the 5'9 a few days ago. i use a graduated cloth schedule, reinforcing the tail are, which due to concave deck and single concave in the bottom is very thin, and keeping it light up front.

yes, that's zep in the background. i got to see robert plant and the band of joy a few weeks ago...awesome. don't miss it if they come to your town.

bellyfish for billy-boy....that would be me! i always try to tune in my shaping after a long winter off on a board for myself. this one cut like butter.
